Your responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes to the highest quality standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP
- Monitor and maintain kitchen standards
- Responsible for purchasing and goods/inventory control
- Support the onboarding of new team members
What you bring:
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook (or equivalent) and relevant professional experience
- Clean, well-organised and responsible way of working
- Passion for cooking and for high-quality ingredients
- Service mindset and strong team-player qualities
- Good manners and an interest in a long-term position

Your tasks:
- Advising customers in lunch and evening service with personalised drink recommendations
- Serving guests at special events and in the conference area with coffee breaks, drinks and extras
- Own responsibility for drinks and food service in the beer parlour
- Invoicing of services via the POS system and control of storage and maintenance of technical equipment
What you bring with you:
- You live the service concept and have experience in the catering industry
- You are a team player, reliable and enjoy working independently
